Objective

The NBA (National Basketball Association) has a huge following in the US and wants to grow this buzz in Europe. Working with Wasserman, our objective was to increase the fan base at the games touring Europe each Summer.

Solution

Working in partnership with Wasserman, Quander provided a bespoke turnkey solution for the tour, to register and engage fans in multiple cities and languages, capture meaningful data and provide shareable content through the Quander Toolkit.

Outcome

Quander’s end to end solution meant that fans could register for each event in various languages, once registered the fans would be delivered a personal onsite digital experience, tailored to their initial registration.
This bespoke element resulted in a massive social impact, allowing customers to share their media online to friends and family which included:
- Green screen photos including basketball themed measure-ups with key NBA players, slam dunks and branded step and repeat images
- 360 GIF using a spinning Orca Vue camera arm (we built control of the spinning rig into the Engage app so it was fully automated!)
- Branded green screens to add value for sponsors
- Year on year our data figures for NBA Europe are ever increasing.
