Objective

For the launch of the Nespresso Vertuo coffee system, we were approached by Wasserman to provide an exciting experience for guests at the Cheltenham Literature festival.
The objective was simple, let customers redefine themselves with a live drawing experience and let them share their experience on social media.

Solution

To deliver a high quality experience, we enlisted the help of our trusty app for iPad, Quander Engage. With it’s support for the Digital SLR capture over WiFi and the Apple Pencil we were able to capture extremely high quality photos for the artist to illustrate over.

Customers were asked what their aspirations were. After capturing their name and email address, a photo was captured from the Digital SLR and automatically transferred to the iPad. This allowed the artist to immediately start her illustration whilst the customer watched.

Once the artist finished their illustration, she was able to send it to the customer via email with a tap of a button.
Through the fully branded landing page, the customer was able to share their photo via Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp.

Outcome

For this particular experience, our focus was on quality rather than quantity.
The nature of the event allowed us to deliver a high quality and thoughtful experience where every outcome was unique.
